Nate and Crystal handle every order, all products in this store come directly from the artist himself and are all checked and inspected to provide you with the highest quality or service and satisfaction with the products you purchase.
IS ORIGINAL ARTWORK SOLD IN THIS STORE?
Yes, but if you don't see any originals available in the store, then we've sold out.
ARE ALL THE PRINTS IN THE STORE SIGNED?
Yes. All the prints that are sold in this store are signed and come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. To see further information on the difference between types of prints sold in this store, please reference the question bellow.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LIMITED EDITION SIGNED PRINTS AND JUST THE SIGNED PRINTS?
There are actually two big differences. First, all of the LIMITED EDITION signed prints are numbered and are exclusively limited to the number marked next to the artists signature. The LIMITED EDITION signed prints will also not be re printed or reproduced beyond the number indicated in the series, so if you are purchasing a print that is limited to (49) in its series, then there will have only been 49 printed, and no more will be printed beyond that number. And secondly, the Limited Edition prints are larger in size than the standard signed prints. So when you purchase one of the LIMITED EDITION signed prints, you are receiving a larger print that comes from an exclusive limited print run. CAN CUSTOMERS MAKE SUGGESTIONS OR REQUESTS FOR NEW PRINTS/PAINTINGS/OR PRODUCTS THAT DON'T CURRENTLY APPEAR IN THE STORE?
Yes. If there is a painting that you wish could be made into a print or a print series, please let us know. We can't promise prints for every piece the artist has created, but we will try to accommodate any requests or suggestions for new prints that any customer has interest in. Also, if there are any original paintings you would like to inquire about, please contact us with your inquiries on the said piece.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept and prefer PAYPAL. Setting up a PAYPAL account is quick, safe and easy. I believe if you don't have a PAYPAL account you can still pay with a credit card through the pay pal service, if you are having any difficulties, please contact us and we can help you. We will accept checks under certain conditions, if you would like to pay by check you will have to email us with your inquiry so we can make things work for you.
HOW ARE YOUR PRINTS / PAINTINGS SHIPPED?
All our prints are shipped in a plastic sleeve with a card stock backing, in between to pieces of thick cardboard to avoid any possible bending of the package while en route to you. All packages are also labeled with DO NOT BEND written across the front and back of the package.
All our paintings are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a custom constructed box filled with foam peanuts. The boxes will be labeled with fragile to avoid any sloppy handling of your purchase. All paintings will also be shipped with a tracking number so you can track your purchase from us, to your home.
DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD?
Yes. If you have an address that we can ship to, we will ship anything in the store directly to you. **The price of shipping does increase slightly on items shipped out of the USA.**
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Sorry but all sales are final unless the print or piece is damaged upon arrival. Should that happen, there will be an opportunity for store credit towards another purchase in the store.
